There’s 365 days in a year. That’s not a surprise to anyone.
But what may be a surprise is that it’s much easier than you think to finding happiness on a daily basis. Curious to know more?
Since we at A Step Above Style value your time (and because you already know why you’re here) we’ll jump right in.
Let’s begin.
The Secret

Do you remember blowing on dandelions as a child and watching the pieces go flying through the air?
Maybe you felt like Superman in that moment with his Super Breath able to generate hurricane-force winds.

One thing we do know for a fact is that it is virtually impossible to blow on a dandelion and not smile.
This tiny little flower brings a moment of joy to us when we pay attention to it. Which leads me to my point today.
“Happiness is about collecting joy in the everyday moments of our lives”.
-The Secret
To wrap things up, today’s message isn’t complicated.

Simply stated we should collect every moment of joy we find in a day and recognize that to be the happiness we are seeking after.

You earn $500 driving on the weekends. You collect $2,000 from freelance clients. Those numbers may sound impressive. But revenue is not the same as profit. The money coming in does not tell you how much…

Perhaps it was an app you planned to use, a streaming service you wanted for one show, or a fitness program that seemed helpful at the time. You entered your payment information and moved on. Months later, you may have forgotten that the service exists. Your…

Mr. Jeffrey… I am endeavoring to discover happiness in my relationship with my dog, Winston. Do you know of any advice I can utilize to achieve this?
Thanks for your comment!
I would recommend giving him your undivided attention for 10 minutes and just observing how happy you make Winston! Our pets get happy by just having us around.
