A physical notebook is something that many people in our day have stopped carrying around with them.
To most people it’s easier to type a quick note in their phone and save it.
(But then again you wouldn’t be reading this post if you wanted to be like most people right?)
When you take down notes in a notebook it is a physical representation of your commitment to be organized, reliable, and that you valued what others had to say so much, that you took the time to write it down.
Rather than saying “I forgot” all the time (when asked about various things), you can now simply refer to your notes and provide the answer that they are looking for.

Due to technology, pens have begun to disappear from our every day carry (EDC) in a way much like the aforementioned notebook.
Most people don’t see a need to carry a physical notebook and a physical pen because their cell phone or tablet can accomplish both tasks.
